Testosterone peaks between 7–9am and drops to its nadir by evening. Cortisol follows the same arc in reverse. Most supplement protocols ignore this entirely. Helian's AM/PM split is built on the published chronobiology — taking ashwagandha at 10pm doesn't make sense hormonally; taking it 45 minutes before sleep does.

Low testosterone has at least three different root causes: production failure (Leydig cell dysfunction), conversion problem (excess aromatization to estrogen), and binding problem (high SHBG). Each has a different fix. Helian identifies the pattern before selecting ingredients — most testosterone boosters don't ask which one you have.

The LJ100 Tongkat Ali extract was validated at 200mg in human RCTs. Most products use 100mg of a non-standardized extract. KSM-66 ashwagandha's cortisol data comes from 600mg studies. Helian uses the researched dose and the researched form. Every ingredient links to its primary literature.
