⚡ LOW DRIVE PROFILE
Low T has three common patterns: production failure, conversion problem, or binding problem. Each has a different fix. Most "testosterone boosters" don't ask which one you have.
Helian starts by identifying your pattern — then builds an AM stack that targets production at peak testosterone hours and a PM stack that clears the hormonal pathway overnight.
THE MECHANISM
“Serum zinc levels correlate significantly with testosterone levels and sperm parameters in a dose-dependent manner.”
Prasad et al., Nutrition (1996) — foundational zinc-testosterone study, n=40
Zinc deficiency is the most commonly overlooked cause of low-normal testosterone in men over 30. Cortisol-driven SHBG elevation is the second. The Low Drive stack addresses both — at the right time of day.
THE LOW DRIVE STACK
Stimulates luteinizing hormone (LH) release, which signals Leydig cells to produce more testosterone. Human RCTs show 10–15% T increases.
Zinc is a direct cofactor in testosterone synthesis. Low serum zinc correlates strongly with low testosterone — and is common in men over 35.
Vitamin D receptors are expressed in Leydig cells. Men with sufficient vitamin D levels have significantly higher testosterone than those who are deficient.
Reduces cortisol by 27–30% in RCTs. Since cortisol and testosterone share the same precursor (pregnenolone), cortisol reduction frees up the pathway for T synthesis.
Magnesium reduces SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin), which increases free testosterone — the biologically active form. PM timing supports deep sleep.
Reduces systemic inflammation, which suppresses testosterone production. EPA also reduces SHBG. Algae-derived option available.
“My doctor noticed my testosterone markers had improved at my annual. I'd changed nothing else — no diet change, no gym overhaul. Just started the Low Drive stack four months earlier.”
