IMPORTANT HEALTH DISCLAIMER: Helian is a nutritional information and supplement guidance platform. We are not a licensed healthcare provider, medical practice, pharmacy, clinical laboratory, or registered dietitian. Nothing in Helian — including hormone profile assessments, supplement recommendations, condition-specific protocols, educational content, wearable data analysis, or any other feature — constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
The information Helian provides is educational and informational only. It is based on published scientific literature and is presented to help you understand nutritional options — not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
No doctor-patient relationship is created by using Helian. Using Helian does not establish any professional relationship between you and Steps Ventures LLC, its founders, employees, or contractors.
Before changing your supplement regimen, you should:
Consult with your physician, urologist, endocrinologist, or other qualified healthcare provider
Disclose all supplements and medications you currently take to avoid potential interactions
Discuss any condition-specific protocols (MS, thyroid, cancer survivorship, cardiovascular, sleep apnea) with a specialist before starting
Not use Helian's recommendations as a substitute for prescribed medication, hormone therapy, or clinical treatment
If you are receiving treatment for prostate cancer, have a history of hormone-sensitive cancer, are on androgen deprivation therapy, or take testosterone replacement therapy, consult your oncologist or endocrinologist before using any supplement featured on Helian.
In case of emergency: If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on Helian for emergency health guidance.
Helian provides: (a) personalized nutritional supplement guidance based on your hormonal profile and circadian timing; (b) a curated supplement subscription service; (c) educational content about men's hormonal health and nutritional science; and (d) optional integration with third-party wearable devices to further personalize AM/PM recommendations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Helian and to purchase a subscription. By using Helian, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users between 13–17 may access educational content with parental consent but may not subscribe or provide payment information.
Helian integrates with third-party wearable devices including the Oura Ring. By connecting a wearable device, you:
Authorize Helian to access the data types described in our Privacy Policy using the OAuth scopes you approve
Acknowledge that wearable data (HRV, sleep scores, readiness, temperature) is used solely to personalize your nutritional recommendations
Understand that wearable-informed recommendations are not medical diagnoses. HRV trends, sleep scores, and readiness data are wellness indicators — not clinical measurements. Low HRV reported by Helian does not constitute a diagnosis of any condition.
Can revoke wearable authorization at any time via the connected device's account settings
Helian is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Oura Health Oy, Apple Inc., or Garmin Ltd. Wearable integrations are provided as a convenience feature subject to the respective third-party terms and API availability.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction. Your first charge occurs at the time of subscription confirmation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@stepsventures.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your plan through that date.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing period begins. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of payment if requested. Founding member pricing locks your rate permanently but is subject to the same cancellation terms.
Promotional codes grant access to specified subscription tiers. Unless otherwise stated, promo access converts to standard pricing upon expiration. Codes are non-transferable and may not be combined.
Supplement products recommended or sold through Helian are dietary supplements regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Ingredient information is based on available scientific literature and is presented for educational purposes. Individual results vary. No outcomes — hormonal, physical, symptomatic, or otherwise — are guaranteed.
You agree not to use Helian to:
Provide medical advice to others based on your use of the platform
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, payment, or access controls
Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without written permission
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law
HELIAN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF NUTRITIONAL OR HORMONAL INFORMATION, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS WILL PRODUCE PARTICULAR HEALTH OR HORMONAL OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STEPS VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ADVERSE HEALTH OUTCOMES, ADVERSE REACTIONS TO SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS, DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON HORMONAL OR NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM WEARABLE DATA INTERPRETATION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF HELIAN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES — IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steps Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Helian in violation of these Terms, your breach of any applicable law, or your reliance on Helian content as a substitute for professional medical advice.
All content in Helian — including formulation protocols, ingredient descriptions, educational copy, design, and software — is the property of Steps Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Helian shall be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules in New York, NY, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Steps Ventures LLC.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Helian after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
